The Start for the IPBPS Rally is now Scheduled for Sunday, May @@ 2017, weather permitting, and will be departing from The Chesapeake Bay via the Southall Landings Marina, Hampton, Virginia.
The intent of this IPBPS Rally is to promote offshore sailing and camaraderie aboard Island Packet Yachts, however, owners of any ocean worthy boat is welcomed and encouraged. This IPBPS Rally is non profit, self governing, and basically free of administration costs for all participants.
This Website and Proposed Rally is neither owned nor sanctioned by Island Packet Yachts, Largo FL.
Interested boat owners and voluntary crew members may join the list of potential rally participants by simply contacting the rally coordinator at the email address listed below. Please state you're interest as either boat owner or crew, provide your name and your preferred email address.Once contacted the rally coordinator will provide a boat owner or crew questionnaire via return email. All participating boats will be listed under the Boats & Owners tab and all volunteer crew under the Crew List tab above. It is the responsibility of all boat owners to provide crew for their boats, however, the rally coordinator will provide volunteer crew contact information if and when requested and it will be the sole responsibility of owners to select from the list of volunteer crew.
